Our ESIC Service Process

Establishment Registration
We register your business on the ESIC portal and obtain the 17-digit Employer Code.

Employee Enrollment
Each eligible employee is enrolled and an Aadhaar-seeded IP (Insurance Person) Number is generated.

IP Card Issuance
Smart ESIC health cards are generated for employees and their family dependents.

Monthly Challan Filing
We file the monthly contribution challan (employer 3.25% + employee 0.75%) by the 15th of each month.

Half-Yearly Return
Form 3 (Return of Declaration Forms) is filed twice a year.

Claims Support
We assist employees in filing medical, maternity, disablement, and dependent benefit claims at ESIC hospitals.

Employees earning up to ₹21,000 per month (₹25,000 for persons with disability) in establishments with 10 or more employees are covered. Coverage includes medical care for the employee and family members through ESIC hospitals and dispensaries.
ESIC provides: free medical treatment at ESI hospitals, sickness cash benefit (70% of wages for 91 days), maternity benefit (26 weeks), disablement benefit, dependent benefit, and funeral expenses. It is one of India's most comprehensive social security schemes.
The employee continues to be covered for the entire contribution period (April–September or October–March) even if their salary crosses ₹21,000 mid-period. They exit coverage only from the start of the next contribution period.
